Shipping and delivery

Are delivery charges refundable?

Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchaseare non-refundable.

Can I choose a delivery date/time?

We offer scheduled delivery shipping options so you can select the most convenient date and time of the delivery.

How do I change my delivery address?

If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us by email at sales@alcamileon.com within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

We shall do Our best to dispatch the Product to you as soon as possible after you place your order and in accordance with the delivery option you have selected when placing your Order.

In any event not more than 2-4 working days beginning on the day we confirm your order.

If We are unable to dispatch the Product within that time We will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date.

In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.You can also track your order on our website. 

Is there a receipt of delivery?

Electronic Receipts will be emailed to you within one hourof your purchase.

What should I do if I have not received the order?

Please contact our customer service at sales@alcamileon.com, stating your order number and we will help you as soon as possible.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location or Contact us at sales@alcamileon.com, and we will help you place an order.

Shipping times & costs?

We ship via DHL Express and or in house courier service.

Deliveries are normally made from Sunday to Thursday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Product(s)will typically arrive within 2 – 4 business days (shipping can take longer in certain regions).

What do I do if I have a concern with my order?

How to return or exchange at alcamileon?

ONLINE PURCHASES: You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of the receipt.

Simply complete the return form online on our contact us page with your package. Please note that exchange and return will only be applicable if the product is ticketed and unused in their original packaging. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick up with an additional delivery fee.

STUDIO PURCHASES
